We will not reproduce any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights of any party. You must own or have the rights to use the said image.

Is there a setup fee?

The first design setup is FREE, any additional designs incur a $20 setup fee. There are no hidden charges. You pay for all the custom photo license plates you want, plus the applicable shipping charge. That's all. We also offer a template that you or your graphic design department can use to layout the design showing where the corners and die cut holes line up.

What are the supported file types?

There are 5 basic file types you can use for your photo license plate: .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .png, and .gif. We recommend the least JPEG compression possible. This will result in a larger file size, but prints made from less-compressed images will look better. For Best Results we need 300DPI with dimensions of at least 12.5" wide by 6.25" high,that is roughly 3600 pixels wide by 1800 pixels high. Your image should be at least half that size to look good.

Can I use Black and White images?

YES! In fact, black and white images can give your photo gifts a "timeless" feel that will give them a special feeling to you many years from now. Feel free to use black and white images, sepia ("old-fashioned") images, or even just designs your kids have drawn using Paint or some other computer-graphics program.

What is the minimum quantity required to order?

Due to our advanced digital process, there is no minimum quantity required to order. You can order one of each of our custom photo license plates, or you can order a thousand of each of our custom photo license plates. It's entirely up to your needs.

Can we add text to personalize the license plate?

Yes you can enter text that you would like to personalize the plate within the text box above. We will use black cursive or print text with a white glow behind the letters for the personalization.

 

Ordering Process
1 Upload your art in the upload box above. If you want to add text to the photo, enter that into the textbox above. Choose the quantity that you want and click the buy now button to add to your cart.
2 Once we receive your order, artwork, and payment, we create a digital proof that we email you for layout and general design.
3 After you approve and sign off on the proof, we will manufacture the completion of your order, and ship your custom license plate(s) to you.

 

Terms and Conditions
1 Terms for all orders are credit card or prepay; American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa accepted. All accounts will be charged $20.00 for checks returned for any reason. Payment is due and credit card is processed when order is received.
2 Prices: All custom prices are effective as of Jan 1, 2013. Prices may change without prior notice. All products will be shipped at the price in effect on the date the order is placed.
3 Minimum Orders: We require NO MINIMUMS. Price includes one Free set-up of one design, any additional designs will incur a $20 additional set-up fee. Price includes packaging which consists of a crystal clear bag. Custom Headers are available, if interested call for quote.
4 Shipping: All orders will ship UPS, FEDEX or USPS from Acworth, GA within our shipping time guidelines above. If you require your order by a certain date, please be sure it is noted on the order. Airstrike is not responsible for late orders, if the ship date is not specified.
5 Returns: All sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges. Returns are only given on product that has a manufacturer defect as determined by Airstrike and require our prior authorization. All claims for errors, shortage, or defect must be reported within 5 days from receipt. Returns will not be honored without a return authorization number and must be in original packaging and include a copy of the invoice.
6 Editorial Review: All custom jobs require editorial review and approval to be accepted.  We reserve the right to refuse any custom services for any reason.
