SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and packaged for shipment within a 24 to 48 hour time period. Your package should then take the number of days (3-5 days average) corresponding to the shipping method to arrive at your location. (Please note that we do not ship out during the weekends.)
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation . The email will include a link to the carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment online.
RETURNS
All sales are Final.
Returns are only given on product that has amanufacturer defect and require our prior authorization. Special orders, close-outs and used items are not returnable. All return orders must be made within five days from receipt of goods. Returns must include a copy of the invoice, and must have a manufacturing defect as determined by Airstrike, Inc.
All claims for errors, shortage, or damage must be made within five days from receipt of goods also.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed to the left, as we do not issue returns for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
If you return is accepted, we'll notify you via e-mail of your return once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a return for the same item originally purchased within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. We will pay the shipping costs from your return.
