What if I want to get my items faster?
You can upgrade your order for faster shipping and handling by choosing FAST (4-day delivery) or REALLY FAST (3-day delivery) from the drop down menu at check out. Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability). If you want to change your shipping speed after placing the order, contact us.
How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the availability time listed on a product's detail page). Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.
For example, if you order an item that is listed as "In Stock" and select Expedited Shipping (which typically takes 2-3 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 4-6 business days after you place it.

Do you have retail stores?
No. We mostly sell directly through our online shop. This allows us to keep our overhead costs down and keep our prices affordable. The beauty of selling online is that we can reach millions of people around the globe and and focus on what we do best, designing new products.

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we certainly do. You can purchase Airstrike Gift Cards here. The gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and no expiration dates.

I live outside of the USA, will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?
Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.
I want to sell Airstrike products in my shop. Do you sell wholesale?
No, not at this time. We currently sell directly to our customers through our website.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We are a small eCommerce company and unfortunately we do not provide phone support at this time. We do however provide excellent customer service through our website and email. You can see that in our feedback.
Can I see the personalization before I order?
There is no preview option to see what it will look like before ordering. We automatically email you a proof after we design it and before we ship your order. We cannot provide a proof prior to placing an order. Our graphic designers only work when you hire us to make you a personalized item.
Refund policy before custom item ships: Absolutely love your proof or contact us and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

How to Return/Exchange an Item
With our Free Exchanges, Easy Returns program, Airstrike is happy to provide prepaid return labels at the link listed below. Customers requesting an exchange will incur no fee for a return label. Customers requesting a return for refund will receive a refund for the returned items in the original method of payment, less any applicable fees (the restocking fee + return shipping fee).
Step 1: To ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return, please complete the Return request below, and include your packing slip with your returns shipment.
Step 2: Request a prepaid return shipping label by filling out the linked button below. Once you receive the label, print it and attach it to your package. You are also welcome to ship the item(s) via your preferred shipping method at your own cost. Airstrike is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Step 3: Pack & Ship Pack everything that came with the product using its original packaging. Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package. If we didn't provide you with a return shipping label, make sure to include the order# on the package. Ship the package to the address specified in the email you received from Step 2.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund After we receive your package, we'll process your refund immediately. You can expect to see the refund, less any applicable restocking fees, credited within 5-7 business days, to the payment method that you used when you originally placed your order.
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We'll waive the restocking fees if we made a mistake or if the product was delivered defective.
We'll also waive the restocking fee if you decide to exchange your product with another purchase of equal or greater value.
Most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is returned in original packaging and the items are in new and unused condition.
Products that cannot be returned:
Some products, including, but not limited to, customized items are not returnable.
Products that have not been purchased from airstrikeinc.com.

Defective Product
While we pride ourselves in our workmanship and partnerships with leading vendors, accidents happen. Contact us once you've discovered the defect, and we'll straighten it out.
Damaged Product
Occasionally packages in transit can become damaged. Contact us right away so we can set it straight.
Incorrect Product
If you've received an incorrect product contact us and we'll start the return process for you.
Lost Package
If your tracking information says delivered, but you haven't received your package yet, let us know. We will work with the carrier to get to the bottom of it.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Returns happen, and we're here to make the experience easy! In most cases, you are responsible for return shipping, but we can offer you a discounted return shipping label. If your item arrived defective or we made a mistake, we will happily take care of the return shipping.
