We ship fast... really, fast! We ship all items, even personalized, within 1 - 5 business days. We ship via UPS or USPS, and you can expect to receive your items within 6 business days from when we ship your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, and do not include holidays or weekends. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us. If you have ordered personalized items, the shipping time frame starts when we receive approval of the proof.

What if I want to get my items faster?

You can upgrade your order for faster shipping and handling by choosing FAST (4-day delivery) or REALLY FAST (3-day delivery) from the drop down menu at check out. Note that changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability). If you want to change your shipping speed after placing the order, contact us.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

Our estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment (the availability time listed on a product's detail page). Also, orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we're able to ship them to you.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen.

For example, if you order an item that is listed as "In Stock" and select Expedited Shipping (which typically takes 2-3 business days), you can use the chart above to determine that your order should arrive 4-6 business days after you place it.
