I have a friend, Jeff, who was an active duty Marine. I served for 27 years in the USAF. My friend lives in my neighborhood and has been very helpful to me. I have had multiple back, hip, knee, and other surgeries. I have physical limitations. He goes out of his way to help me. I thought he would enjoy the Black Anchor and Globe Marine license plate. He has converted his garage into a neat lounge with his memorabilia. He was very impressed with the quality and beauty of the gift.
